Personal financial interest reports
Many of Berkeley's officials and employees are required to file public, personal financial disclosure reports known as a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700). Read the Conflict of Interest Code for a full list of who needs to file reports and what they must disclose. You can view some of these submitted forms online or request copies.
Gifts to agencies
The City of Berkeley must also file a Gifts to Public Agencies (Form 801) report when receiving gifts from a third party. Examples of gifts that might be reported include payment of an official’s travel expenses or a gift to an official that is accepted on behalf of the agency. There are no current Form 801 reports at this time.
