Housing Rights Committee of San Francisco.  All San Francisco information.    

Check developments in low-income housing projects, rent control and Section 8 throughout California.  The California Housing Law Project is an advocacy organization that lobbies in the California State Legislature for affordable housing and tenants rights for low income people, the disabled, elderly, homeless and farm workers. 

The Tenants Legal Center of San Diego. Good tenant resource, especially helpful if Southern California.
