Join us at the West Berkeley Family Wellness Center for a free, fun, and creative 2-part workshop! Discover the art of making your very own medicine bag and creating your own holistic herbal blend!
Part 1: "Design a Medicine Bag", Monday, March 25 from 4:00pm-5:30pm
In Part 1, We will be focusing on intention setting and affirmations while we paint canvas bags with fabric paint that will be used for medicine bags.
Part 2 : "Carrying a Mobile Toolbox with Herbal Allies", Monday, April 1 from 4:00pm-5:30pm
In Part 2, we will fill our medicine bags with plants and flowers to create our own unique herbal ally blend. We will learn about select herbal allies and their energetic contributions in supporting our individual wellbeing and collective wellness.
