Recommendation: Approve the minutes for the meeting of November 29, 2005.

2.   Contract: Land Surveying Base Mapping for Aquatic Park Connection (PDF, 143 KB)

From: Executive Officer

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution: 1) authorizing the Berkeley Redevelopment Agency to execute an amendment to the contract with Bellecci & Associates, Inc. to perform land surveying base mapping services for the Aquatic Park Connection; and 2) increasing the contract amount by $10,000 for a total not to exceed $145,000.

Financial Implications: Redevelopment Fund - $10,000
