PG&E is reporting a widespread outage affecting thousands of customers in Berkeley and many City buildings, including the Finance Customer Service Center and the Permit Service Center. Commissioners Present: Alberti, Anderson, Chong, Hogarth, Kavanagh, Payne, Walden. Commissioners Evans and Spector arrived at 7:04 and 7:11, respectively and proceeded directly into closed session.
