Substitute Motion M/S/F (Spector/Janowitz) TO SET A 3.5% FORMULA WITH A FLOOR OF $20, AND A CEILING OF $30, PLUS $9 WHERE THE LANDLORD PAYS FOR THE INTERIOR SPACE HEAT. A roll call vote was taken. Yes: Janowitz, Anderson, Spector; No: Maldonado, Bernay, Siegel, Hogarth, Alberti; Abstain: None; Absent: Harris. Failed: 3-5-0-1.
M/S/C (Bernay/Hogarth) TO SET A 3.5% FORMULA WITH A CEILING OF $30 FOR INDIVIDUALLY METERED UNITS, PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $9 WHERE THE LANDLORD PAYS FOR INTERIOR SPACE HEAT. A roll call vote was taken. M/S/C (Siegel/Hogarth) TO ADOPT THE AGA ORDER FOR 2002 TO ALLOW ELIGIBLE LANDLORDS TO INCREASE THE 2002 PERMANENT RENT CEILINGS OF THEIR RENTAL UNITS BY 3.5% OR $30, WHICHEVER IS LESS, PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $9 IF THE LANDLORD PAYS FOR INTERIOR SPACE HEAT, FOR ALL UNITS COVERED BY THE ORDINANCE, EXCEPT THOSE RENTAL UNITS FOR WHICH AN INITIAL RENT WAS ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO THE COSTA-HAWKINS RENTAL HOUSING ACT ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 2001.
