1. Roll call.

2. Approval of the agenda.

3. Public comment.

4. Approval of minutes of the June 22, 2011 meeting.

5. Discussion and possible action on:

a. Possible revision to Regulation 883.

b. Whether the Committee wishes to take up the issue of an ordinance requiring disclosure of local laws in residential property transactions.  (Continuation of discussion from June 22, 2011 meeting.)

c. How information on registration and waiver requests is presented on Rent Board website.

d. Contacting banks to determine why they cooperate with the RSB or not.

e. How to get feedback from landlords, especially small property owners, about the waiver process.

f. Feasibility of having Jacquelyn Morgan review waiver discussions of RSB meetings, and providing feedback to the Committee.

6. Set next meeting date, if needed, and put items on agenda for that meeting.

7. Adjournment.
