Scope of Work: The work to be done consists of, but is not limited to:

a) Pipe-bursting (Method 'B') rehabilitation of approximately 1,746 linear feet of 6-inch and 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer mains.
b) Traditional Open-trench (Method "C") replacement of approximately 709 linear feet of 6-inch and 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer mains.
c) Replacement of approximately 490 linear feet of 4-inch and 6-inch diameter sanitary sewer laterals.
d) Construction and rehabilitation of manholes including excavation and related work.

California Contractor License Classification required: A - General Engineering, or C-34 - Pipeline, or C-42 - Sanitation System

Project Description: Interior renovation and seismic upgrade, including ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.

California Contractor License Classification required: A California “B” contractor’s license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Specialty work may require a specialty contractor’s license held by Bidder or a listed subcontractor.

City will conduct a Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit at 2640 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 28, 2018 & Friday, November 30, 2018. It is Mandatory to attend one of the two Site Visits.
