Project Description: Interior improvement project including RELOCATION OF (E) CASEWORK, NEW CASEWORK, NEW GLASS STOREFRONTS AND FOLDING DOORS, NEW FINISHES (FLOOR & CEILING), NEW GENDER NEUTRAL RESTROOMS, LIMITED MODIFICATIONS TO MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, LIMITED MODIFICATIONS TO LIGHTING AND ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL UPGRADE (POWER & DATA), including ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.

California Contractor License Classification required: A California “B” contractor’s license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Specialty work may require a specialty contractor’s license, held by Bidder or a listed subcontractor.

Potential bidders need attend only one of the two mandatory pre-bid conferences and site visits.
