 19-11331-C – Ninth Street Pathway – Phase II 

Project Description: Construction of a Portland cement concrete pathway, associated grading and utility work, and intersection improvements at Ashby Avenue and Ninth Street to facilitate pedestrian and bicycle movements on the pathway crossing Ashby Avenue.

California Contractors State License Board license requirement: A California Class A (General Engineering Contractor) license is required to bid this contract.

Estimate:  

$1,200,000

Duration: 

100 working days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Substantial Completion

120 working days from NTP to Final Completion, except for the work of Bid Item B23, Two Year Maintenance for Landscape Establishment

730 calendar days from Substantial Completion to Final Completion of entire contract

Location:  

The work is located at and around the intersection of Ninth Street and Ashby Avenue, from about 200 feet north of Anthony Street to the north and from Murray Street to the south, in the City of Berkeley.

 19-11333 - Berkeley Tuolumne Camp Cabin Repairs

Project Description: Repair and Retrofit of existing Tent Cabin Structures, including ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.

California Contractor License Classification required: A California "B" or “A” contractor’s license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Specialty work may require a specialty contractor’s license, held by Bidder or a listed subcontractor.
