SUSPECT WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH HIT AND RUN COLLISION ON 3/2/19 (SUSPECT ARRESTED)

Update:

On April 19th, the suspect turned herself in at the Berkeley Police Department.  The District Attorney's Office has since charged her with felony hit & run.

 

Original Press Release:

On March 2nd at 3:46 pm, officers responded to the intersection of Ashby Avenue and Fulton Street on a report of hit and run collision involving a vehicle and a bicyclist.  The victim in this hit and run was hospitalized with serious injuries.

Lacisha Atkins (a 45 year old Berkeley woman) is wanted in connection with the hit and run and there is currently a felony warrant for her arrest.
