Part of the Professional Standards Division, the Records Bureau is responsible for all reports that are generated by the Department. The Records Bureau is the repository, retrieval and records management center for all official incident reports and warrants for the city.

Members of the Record Bureau personnel process requests for information regarding incident and crime reports. The Records Bureau provides the following services for the public:
«Clearance Letters - Letters of Good Standing/Conduct are $10.00. The requestor must bring their own notary if the letter it is to be notarized.
Towed Vehicles $75.00 - No charge for vehicles that were stolen

Collision Reports $10.00 - Must be an involved party to obtain report.

Incident Reports $1.00 - If request is made by mail, $0.10 per page if the request is made at the front counter.

Criminal History Printout $5.00 - We only release BPD information and must be requested by the person who was detained/arrested.

Local Booking and other Photos $3.00 per photo (4x6)

Certification Stamp $5.00 per document
