PG&E is reporting a widespread outage affecting thousands of customers in Berkeley and many City buildings, including the Finance Customer Service Center and the Permit Service Center. Call respective City services for further details, or check the PG&E outage page. Power is expected to return by 12:45pm. Traffic lights that are not working should be treated as a four-way stop sign.

 2020 Berkeley Marina Liveaboard Lottery Group A - F Closes April 10th 2020  

 The Berkeley Marina will be accepting applications from the public until 3:00 PM on Friday, April 10th, 2020 for our 2020 Liveaboard Lottery Groups A - F.  We are only accepting applications for vessels sized 24’-87’ length overall.  (Measured including all appendages)  Applications will be accepted until 3:00 PM on Friday April 10th, 2020.  At this time there are no current liveaboard vacancies at the Berkeley Marina, and it is unknown when any vacancies may come up. The purpose of this Lottery is to provide new applicants an opportunity to join the current Liveaboard Lottery List, established in January, 2018. The current Liveaboard Lottery List can be found here. 

For current slipholders at the Berkeley Marina,  only applicants in good standing with the City of Berkeley will be considered; in compliance with Marina Rules and Regulations and not in arrears with dockage, fees, or fines. 

Application submittals must be complete and include all required documentation as detailed in the 2020 Liveaboard LotteryOpportunity Notice. Please complete the  Berkeley Marina Liveaboard Application and include it in your application package submittal. Successful applicants must adhere to Berkeley Marina’s Marina Rules and Regulations to maintain good standing.
