PG&E is reporting a widespread outage affecting thousands of customers in Berkeley and many City buildings, including the Finance Customer Service Center and the Permit Service Center. Call respective City services for further details, or check the PG&E outage page. Power is expected to return by 12:45pm. Traffic lights that are not working should be treated as a four-way stop sign.

Heart 2 Heart Mobile Health Van
"Your heart is in your hands!"

The H2H Mobile Health Van hosts events on the corner of Oregon Street and Sacramento in Berkeley, usually on the 4th Saturday of the month from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (*unless otherwise noted).  Each monthly event has a theme with the goal of providing opportunities and resources for the entire community to benefit from and to connect with those that have barriers to accessing services.  Services that are offered include:

  • FREE blood pressure screenings door-to-door and at the Mobile Health Van 
  • Links to resources and services offered within the community and by the City of Berkeley
  • Assistance with Covererd California health insurance applications

A community event celebrating the 5th anniversary of the Heart 2 Heart Mobile Health Van. Come out and enjoy an afternoon of FREE food, fun, information, and resources! We will offer benefits screenings for health insurance, CalFresh and more. FREE haircuts by local barbers!  Participants in the fair can take part in our FREE raffle – with prizes donated by the Golden State Warriors, the Oakland Athletics, and more! FREE door to door blood pressure screenings throughout the neighborhood! This event is open to all community members.
