The City of Berkeley Senior Centers feature event spaces that can be reserved and rented by private community members, organizations, and City departments and commissions. We offer rooms suitable for meetings, parties, dining, and classroom activities.

How to Rent our Facilities

  1. A Facility Tour is strongly encouraged.
    a) Self-guided tour during normal business hours. Please check in at the front desk. Please do not disturb activities in progress.
    b) Staff-guided tour. Appointment only.

  2. Rental Appointment (30 - 45 minutes)
    a) Facility tour (10 - 15 minutes)
    b) Address questions
    c) Review and sign the rental agreement
    d) Provide payment
