  1. Call to Order and Roll Call
  2. Action Minutes Review/Adoption: Review and adopt minutes from the meeting of 10/7/10.
  3. CEAC Action Tracker: Tabular report of actions taken by CEAC in the last 6 months.
  4. Report from the Chair: Welcome new members. Report on his contact with Arreguin on home gardening, contact with Anderson on Pacific Steel Casting.
  5. Comments from the Public (3 minute limit)
  6. Agenda Prioritization: Commissioners may request to re-arrange agenda.
  7. Reports from Subcommittees and Task Force Delegates: None.
  8. Toxics Management Division Report: Update on inspections, staffing, funding and enforcement (where possible) for the Certified Unified Program (CUPA) remediation and stormwater programs.
  9. Discussion/Action:
    a. West Berkeley Plan. Request update toxics information on West Berkeley Plan, and consider limiting sensitive uses away from areas of bad air quality and consider input to the council.
    b. Food Smoke & Odor Referrals to Environmental Health . Review City’s response to citizen complaints and consider sufficiency.
    c. Asbestos Waste in Demolitions . Bay Area municipalities only request asbestos evaluations for full demolitions and not for major reconstruction.
    d. Arreguin Referral 10.19.10 to Planning Commission – Home & Community Gardening. Requests City consider adverse impacts from contaminated soils, treated
  10. Announcements from Commissioners (3 minute limit):
