Berkeley, California (Monday, September 13, 2010) - The City of Berkeley's Annual Report to residents is now online and has been mailed to every household and business in Berkeley.

The newsletter includes a letter from City Manager Phil Kamlarz and information about:

• emergency medical response,
• ranked choice voting,
• property crime,
• recreation programs,
• customer service,
• the budget, and
• the City’s new recycling carts.

Because of budget concerns, the Annual Report has fewer pages this year, but still highlights many important and innovative City services. In addition, the web version connects visitors directly to programs, City departments and other news and information.

The annual report has already started to arrive in Berkeley mailboxes and is available online in three ways:
