Civic Arts Grants Homepage - CITY OF BERKELEY CIVIC ARTS GRANT PROGRAM The Civic Arts Commission is in the process of revising the guidelines for arts grants and also developing brand new guidelines for festivals grants. The purpose of this effort is to ensure that all Civic Arts Grant categories (Arts Organizations, Individual Artist Projects, and Festivals) are aligned and reflect an overarching grants strategy of distributing funding equitably and transparently through an open process.
