Tri-City Cafés - The Tri-City Cafés offer casual, reasonably-priced dining exclusively for the older adult.  Café meals are tasty and nutritious. Each meal is low in fat and salt and has at least one vitamin C-rich course, and three meals a week include a vitamin A-rich course. Café meals are available to those that are 60 years or older or the spouse of a person aged 60 years or over who they are accompanying to the café.    [more...]
