Scope of Work: The work done under these specifications includes but is not limited to: to remove, demolish, and dispose of thirteen (13) existing concrete floating finger docks and attach/install twelve (12) new timber floating sectional docks to be provided by the City.

19-11314 - PRW Facilities and Forestry Concrete Work

Scope of Work: The scope of services shall include, but is not limited to work similar to the scope presented below. The work will be conducted at three (3) separate locations within the City of Berkeley. The project consists of the following items:

1. The demolition, removal, disposal and replacement of a monolithic concrete stairways located across the street from 801 San Diego Avenue in Berkeley, California. There is a series of staircases that enter from the street. The staircases slated for demolition and removal is the large (twelve stairs) broken staircase that leads directly from the sidewalk down into John Hinkle Park and the staircase and curb that is at the street.

2. The concrete cutting, demolition, removal, disposal and soil preparations for numerous designated tree planting locations throughout the City of Berkeley, California.

California Contractor License Classification required: Class B - General Building Contractor or Class A - General Engineering Contractor or Class C-8 - Concrete Contractor

Duration:

Substantial completion - 120 calendar days
Final completion - 180 calendar days

Across from 801 San Diego Avenue leading into John Hinkle Park and numerous tree planting locations throughout the City of Berkeley, California.
