Ann Chandler Public Health Center (ACPHC)
(Formerly known as the City of Berkeley Public Health Clinic) 

The Ann Chandler Public Health Center provides a supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and children (WIC), immunizations, health education, and referrals to thousands of diverse community members each year. Many of our services are subsidized.



The Ann Chandler Clinic has discontinued its adult reproductive health services as of January 29th, 2021. 

Currently the Ann Chandler Public Health Center offers the WIC program, Nutritional Services. 

Please note that our Covid, Flu, and Immunization vaccinations program is temporarily on hold and we will not be scheduling any vaccination appointments at this time. Visit our Immunization's site for updated information.

Services at the Berkeley High School Health Center will still be available for high school youth..
