The Civic Arts Program supports a culturally vibrant and diverse arts ecosystem within the City of Berkeley by:
• Funding grants to artists, arts organizations, and festivals.
• Providing opportunities for artists to create and display work in the public realm.
• Ensuring equitable access to high quality arts and culture for residents and visitors alike.

COVID-19 ECONOMIC IMPACT ON BERKELEY'S ARTS SECTOR
The Civic Arts Program is conducting ongoing quarterly surveys regarding the financial impacts of the pandemic on Berkeley’s arts organizations. Art organizations are asked to complete the second quarter financial health survey.

BART PLAZA SOUND INSTALLATION
Experience the sound installation “A New Sense of
Place” by Santomieri-Farhadian Duo presented on the Downtown Berkeley BART plaza

CUBE SPACE EXHIBITION
Touch and go, is a site-specific installation created
by Dionne Lee for the Cube Space. Exhibitions are on view 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. More Information
