The Housing and Community Services Department works on a variety of plans, policies, and reports.

As a condition of receiving entitlement grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), such as Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), and the HOME Partnership for Investment Program grant (HOME), the City completes:
