Mission:
Reviews and evaluates the community's mental health needs, resources and programs. Thirteen members are appointed by the Berkeley City Council. The Berkeley Mayor shall be a member or the Berkeley City Council may designate a person of its choice instead of the Berkeley Mayor. Two members shall be residents of the City of Albany (one of whom shall represent the special public interest.) Seven members shall represent the special public interest and five members shall represent general public interests as stated in the resolution. Terms shall be for three years.
