PG&E is reporting a widespread outage affecting thousands of customers in Berkeley and many City buildings, including the Finance Customer Service Center and the Permit Service Center. Call respective City services for further details, or check the PG&E outage page. Power is expected to return by 12:45pm. Traffic lights that are not working should be treated as a four-way stop sign.

Zoning by Address and Parcel Information

Introduction

Welcome to our parcel search application. The application provides the development conditions and building permit history for a specific address or parcel number in the City of Berkeley, along with an interactive map, which displays the parcel number and zoning for adjacent parcels.

To access these features, please read and accept the disclaimer below.  Once you reach the Property Summary page for a subject property, in the upper left hand corner click on: 

 Building Permits” for building permit history from 1991 through December 10, 2015,

 Creek Status” to view the applicability of the creek ordinance to the subject property, or

 Parcel Conditions” to view zoning, historic, seismic, fire zone, and other parcel information.
