PG&E is reporting a widespread outage affecting thousands of customers in Berkeley and many City buildings, including the Finance Customer Service Center and the Permit Service Center. Call respective City services for further details, or check the PG&E outage page. Power is expected to return by 12:45pm. Traffic lights that are not working should be treated as a four-way stop sign.

The Civic Arts Commission recognizes that the City of Berkeley is a place where the arts are fully integrated into civic life and community identity. Therefore the mission of the Civic Arts Commission is to advocate, nurture, and sustain arts and culture citywide, ensuring equity, democracy, and inclusion.

The Civic Arts Commission will be conducted exclusively through teleconference and Zoom videoconference. To ensure the health and safety of the public by limiting human contact there will not be a physical meeting location available. Please check the community calendar to verify.
