Berkeley, California (Monday, April 01, 2019) - Seniors can get free health screenings, participate in hands on activities, and learn about helpful programs and services at our annual wellness fair.
The April 3 event will not only offer free blood pressure and glucose screenings, there will also be demonstrations of exercise and movement classes available through the senior centers including chair exercise and line dancing.
You'll also learn about services from the East Bay Community Law Center, LifeLong Medical Care, City of Berkeley Public Health, Berkeley Police Department - organizations committed to helping seniors to live healthy and vibrant lives!
More than 200 seniors enjoyed last year's event - and this year, we hope to see even more of you!

Seniors, caregivers, family, friends, and community members are welcome!
There will be opportunities to win free door prizes throughout the event and lunch will be available, $3 for those 60 and older, and $5 for those 59 and younger.
