Complete and Return Your Census Form

Berkeley, California (Friday, April 09, 2010) - 2010 Census forms arrived in Berkeley mailboxes in mid-March. The forms are due in one week. This Saturday, the "March to the Mailbox" campaign will be conducted to remind people that it’s not too late to mail back their forms and be counted. The City of Berkeley thanks those of you who have already mailed back your census forms.

An accurate count of all households is vital to the community. The City of Berkeley asks that our Berkeley neighbors work together to be counted to ensure a fair share of federal resources for our roads, schools, and other important community services, as well as congressional representation. We ask that all Berkeley residents complete their 10-question forms and mail it back today.

If you did not receive a Census form or cannot locate it, www.2010Census.gov to find a “Be Counted” site in your neighborhood, where forms are available, or call the Telephone Questionnaire Assistance Center at 1-866-872-6868 for help.

Filling out the form is easy and vital for our Berkeley community. Be Berkeleyan. Be counted. Complete and return your census form today!
