Berkeley, California (Thursday, March 12, 2009) - On Wednesday, March 11, 2009 City of Berkeley Police (BPD) Detectives conducted early morning search warrants at 4 separate locations in the Cities of San Pablo and Richmond.  The Detectives’ target was a group of 6 suspects responsible for a February 24th home invasion robbery.  During the crime, which occurred on the 600 block of Santa Barbara Road the victims were bound, pistol whipped, and carved on with kitchen knives.
