Translation Disclaimer
The Berkeley Housing Authority no longer operates 75 units of low-income public housing in 14 sites around Berkeley. These units were built in the 1980s and were geared toward larger, low-income families. Accordingly, there were 44 three-bedroom units and 31 four-bedroom units.
The Housing Authority no longer owns the units. The units are being managed by the new owner.
The Berkeley Housing Authority contracted with EJP and Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc. to assist with the disposition/reposition of BHA's Low Income Public Housing Units. Below are reports and informational items regarding the LIPH disposition:
