PG&E is reporting a widespread outage affecting thousands of customers in Berkeley and many City buildings, including the Finance Customer Service Center and the Permit Service Center. Call respective City services for further details, or check the PG&E outage page. Power is expected to return by 12:45pm. Traffic lights that are not working should be treated as a four-way stop sign.

Ann Chandler Public Health Center (ACPHC)

(formerly known as the City of Berkeley Public Health Clinic) 

The Ann Chandler Public Health Center provides comprehensive sexual health care, family planning services, supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and children (WIC), immunizations, tuberculosis skin testing, health education, and referrals to thousands of diverse community members each year.  Many of our services are subsidized.

Safe Disposal of Unwanted Medicine  


The Ann Chandler Clinic has discontinued its adult reproductive health services as of January 29th, 2021. 

All other programs that currently operate out of the Ann Chandler Public Health Center, such as the WIC Program, the Immunization and Tuberculosis Programs, and Communicable Disease Unit will continue but will be relocated to other parts of the City at a future date. Services at the Berkeley High School Health Center will still be available for high school youth.
