Location

The Permit Service Center is located at 2120 Milvia Street, on the northwest corner of Milvia and Center streets, just north of the Civic Center Building. The downtown location offers easy access to parking and BART.

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 8am-5pm; Wed: 9am-5pm

Fire Prevention Staff:
Mon, Wed: 9:30am - 11:30am
Tue, Thurs, Fri: 8am -10am

Building Division:

Inspectors and Plan Check phone hours:  
Mon-Fri: 8am-9am & 4:30pm-5pm

Building and Safety phone hours: 
Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm

All financial transactions must begin by 4:00pm
