Parking Citations:

Parking Ticket Payment System - Note: You will need the Parking Citation Number on hand to start the transaction. For more information or to use the 24-hour IVR payment option, call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 226-9288.

Refuse Accounts:
Online payment for City-billed refuse accounts was suspended in April 2007. An improved online payment service is expected to be in place by Spring 2008. Please check this website for updates! In the meantime, you can pay your bills by mail, in person at the Finance Customer Service Center (see hours, above), or by calling (510) 981-7270 Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

• Refuse Accounts billed on annual property tax statements must be paid to the County.
