Berkeley,
California (Friday, September 28, 2007)-- Binational
Health Week, being celebrated by the City of Berkeley and
other health agencies, will kick off October 13-21.
The
weeklong series of events, celebrated throughout the Bay Area,
California, the United States and Latin American countries, will
focus on wellness through physical activity and improved mental
health, with the goal of improving upon the health disparities in
minority communities, and more specifically, the Latino and/or
immigrant communities. All are welcome!
