Our Purpose
We provide crisis counseling, evaluation, and brief treatment services in clinics and throughout the community to maintain and improve quality of life.

Family, Youth and Children’s Services (FYC) programs include outpatient clinical and case management services, on-site clinical services at other designated Berkeley Unified School District and Albany Unified School District school sites (including consultation, assessment, counseling, group therapy, case management, and staff training), psychological testing and assessment, psychiatric services, crisis intervention, parent education, community-based workshops and training, resource coordination, and consultation or other liaison services. What is the Mental Health Services Act?
The Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) provides new funding for California's mental health services. The funding comes from a 1% tax on every dollar of personal income over $1 million. MHSA started as "Proposition 63" and was approved by California voters in November, 2004. [more...]

If you have a problem, you may want to try handling the problem directly with the person. However, if that is not possible, we have six (6) different ways you can use to resolve your complaint.
