Parking Tickets

Pressed for time? Want to avoid having to pay penalties on your parking citation? Don’t know much you owe on your parking citation? Want to eliminate having to write a check? You can pay your citation at any hour by visiting the Online Service Center and using your MasterCard or VISA. You can also look up information on your parking citations. All you need is the citation number that was issued against your vehicle.

A typical online payment takes only a few minutes to complete and allows you to pay one or more parking citations in a single transaction. A $2.00 transaction fee is charged per transaction for online payments. You may also pay citations at the Finance Customer Service Center, where we're open for phone and counter transactions Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm.

If you are having trouble using the online payment system, please take a look at the FAQs for online parking payments. If an answer cannot be found there, fill out the  Online Parking Payment Feedback Form to tell us your experience using the system.
