Recommendation: Adopt the second reading
of an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager/Executive Officer to) extend the
plan time limits to collect tax increment and repay debt of the West Berkeley
Redevelopment Project Area by one year pursuant to California Health and Safety
Code Sections 33333.6(e)(2)(B) and 33333.6(e)(2)(C).
