Recommendation: Approve the minutes for the Joint Powers Financing Authority meeting of September 28, 2004 (special).

2. Refinancing of City’s Municipal Parking System Obligations (PDF, 703 KB)

Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and upon conclusion, adopt a Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of revenue bonds to finance and refinance municipal parking system improvements for the City of Berkeley and approving related documents and official actions.
