Recommendation:
Conduct a public hearing and upon conclusion, adopt
a Resolution affirming the decision of the Zoning Adjustment Board to approve
Use Permit No. 04-10000014 to construct a 24-unit, mixed-use project, and
dismissing the appeal.

The public hearing was opened and
closed on July 16, 2007 and the matter was continued to July 17 at 6:30 p.m.
Action: M/S/C (Moore/Wozniak) to adopt Resolution
No. 63,782–N.S. (PDF, 1 MB) to affirm the decision of the Zoning Adjustments Board to
approve use permit No. 04-10000014 to construct a 24- unit, mixed-use project
(alternate plan submitted and accepted by the developer) along with
modifications to the Findings and Conditions made by the Zoning Adjustments
Board to reflect the modified project description; and dismissing the
appeal. Vote: Ayes – Maio, Moore, Capitelli, Olds, Wozniak, Bates; Abstain –
Anderson, Spring, Worthington.
