2. Approve the Telegraph Avenue Plan as reflected in Attachment B.
3. Approve a 25-cent per hour increase of parking meter rates effective January 2007.
4. Adopt a citywide Traffic Calming Policy as discussed in Attachment C; and
5. Adopt the City Manager’s responses as resolution of audit recommendations detailed in Attachment D.
