Closed Session
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (b)(3)(E) of Government Code Section 54956.9:
The City Council and Board of Library
Trustees will meet in closed session to consider threatened litigation by
attorney Jonathan Siegel on behalf of Jackie Griffin.
Report from Closed Session: The Council recessed from Closed Session to make
the following report:
Moved, seconded, carried (Maio/Moore) a motion to ratify a settlement agreement with Library Director Jackie Griffin.
