CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-- ANTICIPATED LITIGATION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9 (c)

Initiation of litigation

The Berkeley City Council will consider whether to initiate validation actions in connection with the expenditure of Measure G bond funds for: (1)  acquiring and improving the East Bay M.U.D. Cragmont reservoir and associated improvements and upgrading and improving the existing water distribution system associated with that reservoir (including water mains and hydrants); and (2) acquiring a site for and developing a joint hills fire station.

ADJOURNMENT:  (The Council may adjourn this meeting to the City Council Chambers, 2134 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, and reconvene into Open Session at 7:00 p.m. to make a report, if any such report is required by law.)
