2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-- ANTICIPATED LITIGATION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9 (c)

The Berkeley City Council will consider whether to file suit against Paul and Frieda Schwarz to recover damages for the topping of redwood trees on Tamalpais Path.
