311 ONLINE: A QUICK WAY TO ACCESS CITY SERVICES
Berkeley, California (Tuesday, January 17, 2017) - Pay bills, request birth records, report problems, schedule inspections, research zoning applications or complete many other functions using the City's online services page: www.cityofberkeley.info/311.
The 311 Online Service Center processed almost 5,000 online requests in 2016, and the number continues to grow as more services are made available online.

If you can't find what you're looking for, submit a general request for service or information. The confirmation number allows you and City staff to track your request, which will be resolved within two to five business days.
Be detailed to avoid delays. Provide addresses. If you can, offer a call-back number. Be clear about
what type of collection was missed - garbage, recycling or green waste.
